2. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you buy something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, delivery and billing address, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number, together with the details of your order.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's internet protocol (IP) address and information about your browser, device and operating system, to help us understand how the store is used.
We also collect your information if you create an account, write to us through the contact form or by email, leave a review, respond to a promotional offer or register for our email subscription.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to process and deliver your orders, handle exchanges and returns, answer your questions, prevent fraud, run and improve our store, and meet our legal obligations, for example for accounting and tax.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored on Shopify's servers and in its databases and applications.
Payment: we offer payment through Shopify Payments (processed by Stripe), Klarna and TWINT. When you choose a payment method, the details needed to process the payment, such as your name, address, email and order amount, are shared with that provider. Your card details are entered with the payment provider and are handled under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). We do not store your full card details on our own systems.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND DISCLOSURE
We do not sell or rent your personal information to others. We share it with service providers only as needed to run our business and this site, and only as set out in this policy. Examples of these services include:

- Order fulfilment and shipping (for example UPS)

8. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We keep order and invoice records for as long as Swiss law requires, which is generally ten years for accounting records. We keep your email subscription details until you unsubscribe. Other information is kept only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy.
You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, and to correct, delete or restrict it. Where applicable, you can also object to our use of it, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time.

Payment information is processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers. Although no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we work to protect your information with generally accepted industry standards.

If our company is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue to sell products to you.
