Due to the current global situation, please do take into consideration potential postal delays in delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and your patience.
We ship worldwide, in collaboration with the local post using the most eco-friendly options. Please do keep in mind that import duties / taxes are not included in the online price. We are based in France, if you reside outside of the EU please double check with your countries customs policy as the import duties / taxes charges are not handled by Arloe.
Below you will find our delivery options with approximate delivery times and cost:

All swimwear may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
We can only process an exchange or a refund as long as the swimwear is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent out; unworn and including all tags and labels, hygiene pads and it's Arloe up-cycled pouch.
We are happy to exchange any unworn swimwear given stock availability.
Please note that return shipping charges are not handled by Arloe.
Furthermore, as we are not liable for the loss of your returned item, please choose a trustworthy shipping carrier of your choice with a traceable option.
Items on sale cannot be exchanged or return. These sales are FINAL.
This includes sales using a checkout discount code over 10%.
Organising an exchange or a return:
If you would like to exchange or return an Arloe item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the below information:
Specify "Exchange" or "Return" in the email subject line.
Mention your order number in the email body and, please do specify the reason for the return.
We will get back to you within the next 24 working hours with an RA number and our postal address.
