We ship worldwide with UPS, prioritizing the most eco-friendly delivery options available.
Please note:
- Import duties and taxes are not included in the checkout price.
- Arloe is based in Switzerland. If you are ordering from internationally, import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not handled by Arloe.
- We recommend checking your local customs policies before placing your order.

RETURNS
We hope you love your Arloe swimwear. However, if you need to make a return or exchange, we’re here to help.
All swimwear may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition, with:
- All tags and labels attached
- Hygiene sticker in place
- Returned in the Arloe upcycled pouch they arrived in
We are happy to offer an exchange subject to stock availability.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for lost return packages — we recommend using a tracked and insured courier service of your choice.
Items marked as Sale are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

- Subject line: “Return” or “Exchange”
- Order number
- A brief reason for your return or request
We’ll respond within 24 business hours with your RA (Return Authorization) number and return address.
