We ship worldwide, in collaboration with the Swiss Post using the most eco-friendly options.
Below you will find our delivery options with approximate delivery times and cost:

|EU Priority||3 to 6 business days||10 €|
|Worldwide Priority||4 to 10 business days||15 €|

OUTSIDE OF SWITZERLANDFor items shipped outside of Switzerland, the purchaser is liable for any custom duties or taxes owed upon receipt. If you are not sure, please check if custom duties or taxes are applicable prior to ordering with us.
All swimwear may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
We can only process an exchange or a refund as long as the swimwear is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent out; unworn and including all tags and labels, hygiene pads and it's Arloe up-cycled pouch.
We are happy to exchange any unworn swimwear given stock availability.
Please note that return shipping charges are not handled by Arloe.
Furthermore, as we are not liable for the loss of your returned item, please choose a trustworthy shipping carrier of your choice with a traceable option.
Organising an exchange or a return:
If you would like to exchange or return an Arloe item, please contact us at email@example.com with the below information:
Specify "Exchange" or "Return" in the email subject line.
Mention your order number in the email body and, please do specify the reason for the return.
We will get back to you within the next 24 working hours with an RA number and our postal address.
